10 THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT YOURS TRULY

  1. I'm a New Orleans man. Red beans and rice, a fully dressed shrimp po-boy, a big bowl of gumbo, Creole hot sausage, and beignets are my weaknesses.

  2. Back in the day, I was known as "Fast Eddie" from the "C.J. & Company" morning show on Q93.

  3. In 2011, I was awarded the New Orleans Press Club award for Best Radio Entertainment Feature for my interview with Rwandan genocide survivor, Immaculee Ilibagiza.

  4. One of my most humbling moments was to receive nominations for the AMA Foundation's Higher Education Marketer of the Year in 2021 and 2022.

  5. Also humbling--to be selected as one of New Orleans Magazine's "30 People to Watch" in 2000.

  6. I had the privilege of hosting "The HBCU Lifestyle Podcast" which was a Podbean top 10 education podcast.

  7. During my stand-up comedy days, I tore my ACL during a routine. I was a hit in the emergency room.

  8. Also during my stand-up days, I once opened for this dude named Kevin Hart. I hear that he's doing well.

  9. I'm a proud St. Augustine Purple Knight where I was a beast in Speech & Debate. Rise Sons.

  10. I helped choreograph a routine that won 2nd place in the 1991 Bayou Classic step show. Yeah, I was nice with it.
