MY STORY

WHAT I'M ABOUT
I promote Leadership for Good in everything that I do. It's a thread that runs through my public speaking coaching, marcomm work, and on the microphone.
My passion for ethical leadership comes from being "the little guy" who vowed to do right by people as a leader because of the BS he's dealt with under people who treat leadership like a vanity project.
This is what motivated me to dedicate academic study to understanding leadership and conducting my master's degree project to exploring how narcissistic leadership impacts followership.
That burning desire to promote Leadership for Good in everything that I do is also what inspires me to share my thoughts with up-and-coming leaders and college students.
Helping to shape the next generation of ethical leaders is my North Star.
It's my raison d'être.
It's the Creole Trinity in my cooking.
It's what keeps me up at night and gets me out of bed in the morning.
