My most popular program, F2L connects student organization officers and members.

The program leverages leadership theory plus follower and team development models to learn how people leading without titles can take your group to new heights.

Students learn about the Leader-Member Exchange Theory, the Five Follower Types, and the popular "Gumbo Theory."

As an experienced NHPC speaker and member, I provide members of the Divine Nine and other Black fraternal organizations a customized version of this presentation.

Motivate your students who have a burning desire to inspire and lead the right way.

Students learn the importance and impact of self-awareness and why the bedrock of personal leadership is knowing oneself–understanding their strengths, weaknesses, values and biases to act authentically and meaningfully.

Students also learn the challenges that every leader must conquer and how to get the most out of others.

They'll also learn what it means to engage in high-quality exchanges and how followership works to gain buy-in for a high-functioning student organization.

Right now, there are students on your campus who dream of building a better society as servant leaders.

Philanthropy isn't just about money. It's about love for others.GTIB demystifies philanthropy and philanthropic impact by inspiring students to think of themselves as leaders.

They'll learn how and when to begin your philanthropic journey and what it means to develop a philanthropic identity and how philanthropy builds your leadership skills.

Your students will also learn models and strategies for effective giving and service.

Your students can gain insider knowledge about career success from a former talent acquisition professional who worked with over 300 hiring managers.

I get them hip to the game about what employers want. They also learn the anatomy of a winning resume, getting a look at the elements that stand out to recruiters and hiring managers while dispelling common resume myths.

Finally, students learn how to build an attractive personal brand NOW by learning how to form and communicate their unique value propositions based on who they are, their skills, and talents.

"Eddie took my mid day blues and turned it around! (Followership to Leadership) made me laugh, feel secure within leadership style and motivated to go back to my chapter and continue to make a difference. I look forward to bringing him to my campus and hearing him talk again soon."
